From Genova Ovest Highway Exit to Raibetta Square: Exit Highway A7, take exit Sopraelevata Aldo Moro - Direction Fiera del Mare Continue to Porto Antico exit Go down Rampa Caduti di Via Fani, keep to the right and drive along Via Mura di Malapaga keeping to the left At the traffic lights, turn left onto Via Maurizio Quadro and keep right to enter Via Turati Drive along Via Turati until you reach Piazza della Raibetta Park at the Mercanzia parking lot

Once you arrive at Raibetta Square, park at the Mercanzia parking lot located next to it. Palazzo Cicala is located 200 meters away in Piazza San Lorenzo.

However, it is possible to reach the hotel by car. From the exit of the causeway follow the "Prefettura" signs and keep left, proceed straight ahead always on the left, pass the two traffic lights and you will be on Via Vernazza. Follow the street as far as the traffic lights that are on a large intersection; cross the intersection keeping the fountain of Piazza De Ferrari on your right, passing Via XX Settembre and Via Dante on your left. At this point you will find yourself on Via Petrarca. Drive along Via Petrarca and at the intersection turn right and continue until you reach Piazza Matteotti (the restricted traffic zone begins here: we will therefore have to activate the necessary transit permits once we reach the hotel). Continue straight until the end of the square. You will see in front of you a large pedestrian street, Via S. Lorenzo, turn right (reference: Radif store in the corner), into Via Tommaso Reggio (only possible solution). Go straight ahead along Via Reggio, pass at the intersection Via di Scurreria until you reach Piazza Invrea (the hotel is on the left about 10 meters next to the Oltreconfine bar on P.zza San Lorenzo). Here you can park your car for a few minutes, just long enough to unload your luggage. If you choose this option, remember that the hotel is in the ZTL and that on arrival at the reception desk you will have to fill out a form with the full details of the car (type, model and license plate)

Check-in: starting from 2 p.m. until 10 p.m. Check-out: starting from 8 a.m. until 11 a.m. Palazzo Cicala uses the self check-in system. Upon booking, you will receive arrival instructions, access codes to the facility and upon arrival you will find an envelope in your name with your payment receipt, instructions on how to get to your room and information to ensure you have a pleasant stay at Palazzo Cicala and in Genoa.

You will be charged for the entire stay on the morning of your arrival and you will find the tax receipt in the envelope. If you need an invoice, please send us your details the day before.

The hotel does not offer breakfast service.
